Cristina has a passion for building gaming communities and providing gamers with fun, engaging and unique experiences. She's been in the industry for 10 years working at companies like Twitch, Unity, Discord and is a competitive Kirby main.

Elaine is a Puerto Rican Senior Game Designer, currently at Worlds Untold, with 7+ years experience in gameplay design, user experience, and accessibility. She is an active mentor, regularly volunteering and supporting young developers through organizations like Code Coven, Cal Marginalized Genders in Gaming and PRGDA. When offline, she enjoys cooking, DIY projects, and hiking.

Joseph is a lifelong gamer. He has a passion for creating and nurturing positive and inclusive communities, in addition to championing D&I. He loves engaging and bringing people together through games, pop culture, music and food, and is a firm believer in cultivating humility and never forgetting where a person comes from. He's also a free agent in the gaming industry and open for opportunities.

DIANA RODRIGUEZ
PRODUCTION DIRECTOR
Diana is a Program Manager at Google under the data infrastructure organization and is a Board Member for Google's Employee Resource Group (ERG) specifically for Hispanic/Latinx-identified employees where this group aims for inclusion and advancement within Google. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA but both her parents are from Nicaragua. She passionate on creating an inclusive and safer community within the tech and gaming industries.

Eli is the Lead Recruiter at Iron Galaxy Studios. He works to help people land their dream job in games with a focus on DEIA-BF. Eli loves the university side of his role, traveling to events, and connecting with students to give advice on their applications. His main goal is to give talent from ALL underrepresented backgrounds a voice in the game industry.
